ADAM BRADLEY

Adam started coaching in 1999 and quickly fell in love with working with children of all ages.

Spending time within these professional environments has given him valuable experience which he enjoys passing on to players and coaches.

"I am passionate about football having played the game for over 25 years. To pass on my knowledge to players and coaches is of huge importance to me and I am proud of the high quality sessions I am able to offer.

During the past 5 years, I have been building a unique coaching team; A team that shares my beliefs and passion. I feel we are approachable, friendly and honest with everyone we work with. Our personable approach to the variety of age groups that we coach is second to none and we endeavour to get to know each individual to find out how to get the best out of each player."

ELLA HARRIES

Lead Coach

Ella first joined us on one of our school holiday courses aged 8 along with her twin sister, Lily. It was clear after a few years that she had a soft, caring nature with the younger children who were attending the course.

As a result of this, Ella has been helping run our after school clubs, holiday courses and Saturday morning club for the past 5 years as well as Faringdon Town FC's Wildcats sessions since Easter 2019.

Ella has played for Swindon Town and her enthusiasm for football and coaching is outstanding for someone of her age.

She was previously a part of the Berks & Bucks FA's youth council.

Supports: West Ham United

Lily has been helping run our after school clubs, holiday courses and Saturday morning club for the past 5 years as well as Faringdon Town FC's Wildcats sessions since Easter 2019.

Lily is fantastic with the players she works with and was a member of the Berks & Bucks FA's youth council.

WORK EXPERIENCE AND DUKE OF EDINBURGH AWARDS

We can help!

Over the past 15 years, we have helped a number of children achieve their bronze and silver D of E awards. Most are former players who have chosen to complete their volunteering sections with us and some have continued to help with sessions even after achieving their awards including Oscar, Dan P, Dan H and Harry at Faringdon and Oliver at Deddington.

We also get asked to help children with their work experience placements. As with the D of E awards, we are only too happy to accommodate any secondary school children wishing to explore a career in coaching.

Some children join us as a way to boost their confidence and we have 2 players working alongside us at the moment who are doing just that: Jayden and Harry T have been valuable helpers.

If you would like us to help with your D of E award or you'd like to enquire about a work experience placement, please contact Adam on adam@abfootballcoaching.co.uk
