Adam started coaching in 1999 and quickly fell in love with working with children of all ages. Having started his coaching career with Oxford United, he went on to work with Reading and Southampton whilst building his own coaching business in the background. Spending time within these professional environments has given him valuable experience which he enjoys passing on to players and coaches.
Adam set up Adam Bradley Football Coaching in January 2000 and, having built up his qualifications, has built strong relationships with players, parents, schools and clubs all over Oxfordshire.
"I am passionate about football having played the game for over 25 years. To pass on my knowledge to players and coaches is of huge importance to me and I am proud of the high quality sessions I am able to offer.
During the past 5 years, I have been building a unique coaching team; A team that shares my beliefs and passion. I feel we are approachable, friendly and honest with everyone we work with. Our personable approach to the variety of age groups that we coach is second to none and we endeavour to get to know each individual to find out how to get the best out of each player."

Lily attended our holiday courses from the age of 8 with her twin sister Ella and, instantly, became a hit with the coaches due to her helpful and caring nature with those children that were younger than her. Lily has been helping with our holiday courses and Saturday morning club for the past 2 years as well as Faringdon Town FC's Wildcats sessions since Easter 2019.
Lily now plays for Swindon Town Girls U16's and is fantastic with the players she works with. She was a member of the Berks & Bucks FA's youth council.

Ella first joined us on one of our school holiday courses aged 8 along with her twin sister, Lily. It was clear after a few years that she had a soft, caring nature with the younger children who were attending the course. As a result of this, Ella has been helping with our holiday courses and Saturday morning club for the past 2 years as well as Faringdon Town FC's Wildcats sessions since Easter 2019.
Ella plays for Swindon Town Girls U16's and her enthusiasm for football and coaching is outstanding for someone of her age. She was previously a part of the Berks & Bucks FA's youth council.
"It's great for me to see the boys and girls improve over time in a fun arena!"
