1. Introduction: These terms and conditions govern the ABFC Free Football for a year (the "Competition"). By entering the Competition, each participant agrees to be bound by these terms.

2. Eligibility: The Competition is open to individuals who are 18 years or older and residents of United Kingdom. Employees of ABFC and their families, as well as anyone otherwise connected with the organization or judging of the Competition, are not eligible to participate. Children must meet the age criteria to enable them to attend any of the ABFC coaching services offered within this competition. Prize valid between 1st September 2024 and 31st August 2025.

3. Entry Period: The Competition begins at 20:00 on Friday 16th August 2024 and ends at 23:59 on Saturday 31st August 2024 ("Entry Period"). Entries submitted after the Entry Period will not be considered.

4. How to Enter: To enter the Competition, participants must complete the entry form and submit payment via the ABFC website.

5. Limitations on Entries: Participants may submit 1 entry. Multiple entries submitted by the same individual will be disqualified.

6. Judging Criteria: Entries will be entered into an online draw generator and the winner will be draw at random using "Wheel of Names". The website decision is final.

7. Prizes: The winner's child will receive entry to the following ABFC coaching services:

• After school clubs - where the sign up is made directly to ABFC and not the host school

• Holiday courses - where the sign up is made directly to ABFC and not the host venue

• Early risers

• Development centres

• Saturday morning club

The following ABFC coaching services are not included in the competition:

• Individual coaching sessions

• Birthday parties

• Wildcats girls football

• School support

Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives.

8. Notification of Winners: Winners will be notified via email or phone within 2 days following the end of the Competition. Winners must respond within 5 days to claim their prize, or another winner may be selected.

9. Publicity: By participating in the Competition, participants grant ABFC the right to use their name, likeness, and entry materials for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

10. Limitation of Liability: ABFC is not responsible for any losses, damages, or injuries resulting from participation in the Competition or acceptance of any prize. Participants agree to release and hold harmless ABFC from any claims related to the Competition.

11. Governing Law: The Competition and these terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom.

12. Amendments: ABFC reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and social media platf.
